2. Service Description
MED-U2-TRAVEL provides the following coordination services:
- Medical Tourism Coordination: Connecting patients with accredited hospitals, clinics, and doctors in Turkey and Thailand.
- Travel Arrangement: Coordinating flights, airport transfers, and local transportation.
- Accommodation: Arranging hotel stays and recovery housing during treatment periods.
- Car Rental: Facilitating vehicle rental services at destination cities.
- Personal Coordination: Assigning a multilingual coordinator for 24/7 communication and support.
3. Role as Facilitator
MED-U2-TRAVEL acts solely as a FACILITATOR and intermediary coordinator. We are NOT a hospital, clinic, doctor, or medical provider.
- All medical treatments, surgeries, and procedures are performed by independently licensed doctors and hospitals.
- Treatment decisions and medical responsibility lie with the treating doctor and hospital.
- MED-U2-TRAVEL does not make medical diagnoses, recommend specific treatments, or guarantee medical outcomes.
- We coordinate logistics, communication, and administrative support between you and your medical providers.
4. Payment Terms
- A deposit may be required to secure your treatment date and accommodation arrangements.
- All prices quoted on the website are estimates. Final pricing is determined after doctor consultation and examination.
- Payments may be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other accepted methods as communicated by your coordinator.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the property of MED-U2-TRAVEL / AntiGravity Ventures or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
- MED-U2-TRAVEL shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
- We are not responsible for the medical outcomes, complications, or results of treatments performed by partner hospitals and doctors.
- Our liability is limited to the coordination service fees paid to MED-U2-TRAVEL.
- We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by airlines, hotels, or other third-party service providers.
7. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute arising from these terms or our services:
- Parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through direct negotiation and good-faith communication.
- If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to mediation in Istanbul, Turkey.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
- The courts of Istanbul shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
